Can I purchase gift vouchers through the e-store?
Yes, simply select Gift Vouchers from the categories on the Online Store home page. The voucher will be mailed to you.
I can’t remember which product was used in my treatment?
Please email or call us with the date and time of your treatment. We can then look at the treatment that you experienced, and narrow down the products that were used during your visit. Alternatively contact us to discuss your particular requirements with our staff.
How much will postage be?
Postage is $10 per order, unless your order is larger than standard. If excess postage charges apply, we will contact you to discuss this before processing any postage fees.
Is my credit card charged on ordering or on despatch?
Your credit card will be charged at the time that you complete the transaction online if the item is in stock.
Am I charged for out of stock items?
If an item that you select is not available, we will contact you to discuss if you would like to wait for new stock to arrive, or select alternative products.
What happens if my delivery arrives broken?
Australia Post guarantees delivery of your products in good order. Should your order arrive with the contents broken, please contact us on 5321 6000 and we will arrange for Australia Post to pick up the delivery and for a replacement to be sent.
I placed an order but nothing has arrived.
If it has been more than 10 working days, then please contact us with your purchase confirmation details. It is possible to track all deliveries, and we will confirm the status of your delivery and let you know an anticipated delivery time and date.
I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
We regret that there are no refunds or returns on online store purchases.
