Sanctuary Bathing
Enter the Sanctuary for a range of health-enhancing bathing experiences reserved for guests aged 16 years and older. Soak in warm pools, recline in underwater spa couches, take an invigorating plunge into our cold pool and enjoy the deep cleansing effect of our mineral hammam and aroma steam.
Each session is 90 minutes and includes access to the Bathhouse Mineral Bathing. Included in your Sanctuary Bathing is a Robe, a Towel and a dedicated Locker to secure your belongings.
Mixed Gender Change Facilities
Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa offers mixed gender change facilities which are designed to support a relaxed and inclusive environment. These spaces are designed to provide comfort and privacy for all guests with private showers and change rooms available within the communal space. All guests are expected to use facilities respectfully to ensure a safe and inclusive experience for everyone.

Sanctuary Mineral Bathing Monday – Thursday: $120 per person
Sanctuary Mineral Bathing Friday – Sunday: $135 per person

The Sanctuary Mineral Bathing experience includes high-heat and steam environments that are not recommended during pregnancy. We care about your safety and comfort. The alternative options we have available for you are below. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are pregnant, so we can make the necessary adjustments for your comfort and safety.

A relaxing, skin-softening and rejuvenating experience, inspired by traditional Turkish and Moroccan bathhouse rituals. Scoop up our salt-based peppermint body scrub, enter the mosaic tiled hammam room and treat yourself to an invigorating exfoliation before relaxing in the cleansing steam.
Spa Couches
Get comfortable in this Sanctuary pool that features underwater spa couches with massages jets for the ultimate relaxation experience. The ergonomically designed couches are immersed in 36°C water, providing the perfect cradle for tired bodies and world-weary minds.
Salt Therapy Pool
Bathe in the highly concentrated salt water of our unique therapy pool to help ease tension, relieve stiff joints, soothe overworked muscles and stimulate circulation. Float in 37°C therapeutic waters, under the gentle illumination of a halo roof light that creates an atmospheric experience.
Walk-in Cool Down Pool
An invigorating plunge into our cool down pool is the perfect follow-up to a soak in the warm pools or a session in the steam room. Alternating between hot and cold experiences – called contrast therapy – is a great way to boost the wellness impact of your bathing session. The walk-in design of our pool allows you to enter gradually, easing the transition into the cold water.
Creekside Pool
Our signature Sanctuary pool, where nature and bathing seamlessly come together. Step into the 39°C mineral waters and feel your muscles relax and your mind unwind. The pool is open on one side, allowing you to connect with the serene beauty of our natural surrounds for a healing experience.
