As The Bathhouse and Sanctuary are public bathing areas, you will need to bring swimwear. We also suggest you bring slip on shoes and a water bottle. There are water taps in the Bathhouse to fill up your water.

For Bathhouse Mineral Bathing – you are welcome to bring your own towel and slip on shoes, however there is also the option to hire robes, towels and lockers when you arrive.

For Sanctuary Bathing – you will be provided with a towel, a robe & a locker.

Unisex Change Facilities
Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa offers unisex change facilities which are designed to support a relaxed and inclusive environment.

These spaces are designed to provide comfort and privacy for all guests with private showers and change rooms available within the communal space.

All guests are expected to use facilities respectfully to ensure a safe and inclusive experience for everyone.

Mobile phones should be kept on silent in the Bathhouse, and photography or videography is not permitted.

All Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa gift certificates are completely flexible. They can be used toward any available experience, up to the value shown—regardless of what’s printed on the certificate.

This means your friend can choose what suits them best, whether it’s a relaxing mineral bath, a spa treatment, or a wellness package.

Tip: Gift certificates are valid for three years and can be purchased online for instant delivery.

For Spa Treatments such as facials, massage and therapies, to fully relax and enjoy your experience at the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa we recommend you arrive 15 mins before your scheduled appointment time.

This will allow you time to change and complete any pre treatment evaluations that may be required. This information allows your therapist to personalise your experience.

For Bathhouse bathing, you are welcome to arrive at your start time or a few minutes early, time to get changed is factored in and you have 90 minutes to enjoy your Bathing. For a 9am Bathing time, please arrive at 9am when we open the doors.

Because we know how important it is to unwind and relax we offer check-out by 11am, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely morning before departing. An extended 1pm check-out may be available, subject to availability. Please note a $75 fee applies.

The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is wheelchair friendly with ease of access provided. Our main Bathhouse is wheelchair friendly, water wheelchair and ramp are onsite to be utilised. Please advise reception when booking based on your needs. Please note: Due to the natural terrain, villas and accommodation sites are not wheelchair accessible. A 100% charge will apply for all Bathhouse, Sanctuary and Spa Experience bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

A 100% charge will apply for all accommodation bookings cancelled with less that 7 days’ notice.

Children are welcome in the Bathhouse but must be fully supervised in all areas by a responsible adult. A minimum age of 16 years is required for entry to The Sanctuary and The Spa.

We kindly ask that children remain quiet while in the Bathhouse to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests.
