Hepburn Pavilion Cafe

The Hepburn Pavilion was built in 1908, and this Edwardian heritage-listed building has long been a meeting place in Hepburn Springs. It features magnificent stained-glass windows, a beautiful tiled floor and vaulted ceiling which combine to create a unique and welcoming environment for those visiting the Mineral Springs Reserve.

The Hepburn Pavilion Cafe has undergone a gorgeous transformation in November 2025, serving a delicious new menu. The brunch menu is available every day from 8.30am to 2.30pm with a Dr Marty’s crumpets with whipped ricotta, the Pavilion breakfast, a Bircher Bowl, Bacon & Egg Bagel or a fresh Wellness Bowl with avocado, kale, hummus, wellness grains and a green goddess dressing.

The lunch menu is served from 11.30am to 2.30pm offering a Pavilion Schnitzel, Seafood Pasta, Cheese burger,
Tasting Platter and Pavilion Calamari, paired with a glass of locally sourced wines or chose from our selection
of tea and coffee.
