Hepburn Pavilion Cafe

The Hepburn Pavilion was built in 1908, and this Edwardian heritage-listed building has long been a meeting place in Hepburn Springs. It features magnificent stained-glass windows, a beautiful tiled floor and vaulted ceiling which combine to create a unique and welcoming environment for those visiting the Mineral Springs Reserve.

The Hepburn Pavilion Cafe has undergone a gorgeous transformation in November 2025, serving a delicious new menu. The menu is available every day. Choose from a range of options such as the Almond Chai Nourish Bowl, delicious locally sourced Crumpets & whipped ricotta, Spanakopita or Spiced Lamb Kofta Pastry or enjoy a Signature Bagel.

The well known Pavilion Devonshire tea is available all day with freshly baked scones served with
house made jam and whipped cream, served with your choice of tea.
It’s a perfect option after a walk around the Mineral Springs Reserve and a morning spent at the Bathhouse.

Hepburn Pavilion Cafe is located in the Mineral Springs Reserve, about 60 metres from the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa.
