Accessibility at Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa

At Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, we are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming experience for all guests.

Access to Bathhouse Mineral Bathing: Guests can enter the Bathhouse Mineral Bathing area from the Reception via an external ramp with handrails, leading to a side entrance/exit door. Our Staff will assist with directing you in the right direction.

Lift access: Our lift, which normally provides access between the reception and lower levels of the Bathhouse, is currently out of service due to maintenance. Works are expected to be completed by the end of December 2025.

Accessible facilities: Accessible toilets and change rooms are available for guest use within the Bathhouse.

Pool access: The main pool ramp includes two steps at the lower end. While this provides support for many guests, it may limit safe independent access for wheelchair users.

Villas: Due to the natural terrain surrounding the property, the villas are not accessible for guests with mobility requirements.
