Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa recognised for leading sustainable tourism practices

Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa has been officially accredited under the Australian Tourism Industry Council’s (ATIC) Quality Tourism Framework (QTF) for Sustainable Tourism, recognising its commitment to offering high-quality, eco-friendly experiences.
Belgravia Leisure, which operates Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, continues to prioritise sustainability across its venues. “This sustainability accreditation for Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa demonstrates Belgravia Leisure’s commitment to sustainability and our ongoing work to reduce the environmental footprint of our business operations,” said Alexia Morgan, Group Manager Sustainability and Environment.
The accreditation, which marks the spa’s dedication to sustainable practices, is a significant achievement for the business. As part of the QTF, the bathhouse has met the standards required for Level One (Quality Tourism Essentials) and Level Two (Sustainable Tourism). These levels ensure that Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa offers reliable, consistent, and memorable visitor experiences, boosting both customer confidence and profitability.
