The Hepburn Pavilion Cafe

Built in 1908, this Edwardian heritage-listed building has long been a meeting place in Hepburn Springs. It features magnificent stained-glass windows, a beautiful tiled floor and vaulted ceiling which combine to create a unique and welcoming environment for those visiting the Mineral Springs Reserve.

Our lunch and brunch menu is available every day with a range of seasonal specials & favourites such as fresh salads, gourmet toasties with local Basilio sourdough, classic baked potatoes or a Pavilion tasting plate with local Istra sliced meats. Our cake fridge is filled with tempting treats from Peddling Pastries and our coffee is some of the best in town, using Fix fairtrade 100% Arabica beans.

After taking the waters at the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, wander through the Mineral Springs Reserve to us and indulge with our famous Devonshire Tea with freshly baked scones, house-made berry jam and double cream accompanied by your choice of tea or coffee. The scones are also available gluten-free and our savoury menu offers a wide range of gluten-free options with gluten-free bread also available.

Fully licensed, come and enjoy a sparkling glass of Frizzante overlooking the park under shady umbrellas – it’s a great way to finish out your day in Spa Country!
